The City of Las Vegas

Founder Thomas Kweder and intern James Chen (son of Brett Chen) traveled to Las Vegas to establish The Entertainment Factory LLC. During the summer of 2021, they prepared a business presentation, business plan, business financial plan, and business financial forecast. Through various realtors, they searched for a suitable location and surveyed each possible property. They also contacted various construction companies to build the location. On June 22, 2021, Thomas Kweder and James Chen met together with attorney James J. Jemmerson at his office in Las Vegas to present and file The Entertainment Factory LLC business. On June 30th, 2021, The Entertainment Factory LLC was presented to Mayor Caroline Goodman in her office at City Hall, Governor Steve Sisolak in his office at the Chamber of Commerce, and Congressman Steven Horsford in his office at Northern Las Vegas City Hall. On July 6 - 8, 2021, Thomas Kweder and James Chen also had meetings with The Economic and Urban Development Department office at the City Hall of Las Vegas. A Further meeting at the Economic and Urban Development Department office by Thomas Kweder was held on October 23, 2021.
