ARCHITECT

Mr. Huai Zhou (Brett) Chen is one of the top creative architects in China.  He began working together with founder Mr. Thomas Kweder Jr. in October 2020 to create a unique building design to be constructed in order to facilitate the world's first ever ground breaking televised music production historically.

This unique design by Mr. Brett Chen contains two 90,000 square feet membranes on 16 acres.  One membrane interior will have an auditorium for 

  • 5,000 spectators standing to view the legends mentoring the winning band in five bullet proof glass rooms 

  • VIP cocktail lounge with the legends

  • five dressing rooms and restrooms for the legends 

  • Fender shop 

  • Gibson shop 

  • Pearl shop 

  • museum

  • merchandise and souvenir shop

  • café

  • bar & grill, 

  • restrooms 

  • ticket counter and office

  • main offices  

The second membrane interior will have a 

  • Large indoor stage with (theater) with 2,500 seats

  • Large outdoor stage with an extended roof for a standing audience of 80,000 spectators

  • audience entrance

  • staff supply room

  • music studio and editing room

  • two legend changing rooms with restrooms

  • museum

  • merchandise and souvenir shop

  • security staff room

  Mr. Brett Chen's unique design is where the indoor stage is connected to the outdoor stage for the legends to perform live before both audiences.  Both membranes will have a connecting hallway to be used by the legends, winning bands, security personnel, producers recording and filming crews only.  The outdoor stage will have an extended roof enabling performances during any weather conditions as well as heating and air conditioning.  The parking lot will have tour bus parking, camping sites with full hookup and outdoor restrooms and four helicopter pads with a security office.  Electricity will be powered and generated by solar panels. Water, sewage and waste (garbage) will be supplied and disposed of by service providers.  Mr. Brett Chen will be working together with a local architect in order to meet all building laws, requirements, specifications and licensed permits.  This building project will be constructed by an out of State and local construction crew.  This design by Mr. Brett Chen will take an estimated 8 - 9 months to build and 3 months to inhabit for the grand opening.
